PARKING POLICIES
- Due to the high volume of cars and various businesses and events at the facility, no one (tenant, employee or customer) is guaranteed parking if the parking lot facilities are full
- North River Parking reserves the right to close sections of the various parking areas and/or entire areas as needed for facility events or for safety reasons
- All rates and offerings subject to change
- Parking for Chelsea Piers patrons only
- Overnight parking is prohibited
- Lost ticket fee: $100 minimum
REDUCED RATES
Frequent Chelsea Piers visitors can save 50% with pre-paid parking. Contact the Parking Office to apply for the Tagmaster pass.
