In my coaching approach, I always begin by understanding each child’s unique skills and pinpointing where they could get better. After I’ve got a good grip on that, I focus on crafting a series of challenges tailored to stretch each child’s abilities over the semester. I’m always thoughtful about how to adjust to these challenges. Plus, I’m big on having the children support each other.
