Coaching presents problems to be solved. You have to partner with your players on solving those problems, whether it is how to skate better, how to score goals, or how to be good teammates.

I have coached all ages up to 16U at NYC Cyclones, NJ Avalanche, and Riverbank State Park.

After the fall of the Soviet Union, a team of retired Red Army players toured around the US playing adult league teams. I got to play in two games against them. They were older and slower but the way they passed the puck around made our heads spin!
