Coaching Philosophy
Every goal is achievable with consistent practice, repetition and the desire to accomplish it.
Competitive Background
Competitive power tumbler and trampolinist. Having competed in several state, national and international competitions, I worked my way up to the elite level on both the Double Mini Trampoline and Trampoline events as an individual and synchronized competitor.
Coaching Experience
I began coaching at 15 years old when I was still an athlete myself. This helped me to become a more well-rounded instructor in the beginning and connect with the mentality of an athlete and the process. To this day, I still feel this is accurate in my experience to provide a well-rounded routine for athletes to thrive with.
Most Memorable Sports Moment
I remember a time, during my first U.S Team Trial for the World Age Group Games at the age of 15, I was brand new to the elite level competing against a whole new group of people with more experience competing at that level. I placed first in both the double mini and trampoline events and with that automatically secured a spot-on the U.S WAG team. I went on to compete later that year in Odense, Denmark at my first World Age Group Games which was one of the most exciting memories of my time as an athlete. Not only was it an accomplishment to be proud of but it was a moment to recognize that hard work and focus pays off.
