I hope that either all of us, or none of us, are judged by the actions of our weakest moments. But rather, by the strength we show when, and if, we’re ever given a second chance. – Ted Lasso

Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is to help athletes become the best version of themselves on and off the court. I believe energy and communication are the foundation of success when the game gets tough, staying vocal and bringing enthusiasm can change the momentum. Low energy and silence are killers on the court, so I always encourage athletes to be loud, supportive, and fully invested. By combining positivity with effort, I strive to create an environment where players grow not only as athletes but also as people ready to face any challenge that comes their way.

Most Memorable Sports Moment
When I was younger, I had to step into a new position in the middle of a major tournament, one I had never played before. At first, I wasn’t sure if I could keep up, but after some adjustment, I grew more comfortable and ended up performing well. That experience taught me the value of knowing all positions in a sport and the importance of adapting quickly when the team needs it.
